2. How far in advance should I schedule my ride?
We recommend booking as early as possible to secure your preferred date and time, especially for airport transfers, special events, and weekends. Same-day bookings may be available based on driver availability.
3. What areas do you service?
We provide transportation throughout Los Angeles and surrounding areas.
4. Do you track flight arrivals for airport pickups?
Yes. We monitor your flight for any delays or early arrivals to ensure your driver is ready when you land.
5. Are your rates fixed or hourly?
We offer both flat-rate pricing for specific routes (such as airport transfers) and hourly rates for flexible trips with multiple stops.
6. What types of vehicles do you offer?
We currently offer Black SUV’s and Sprinter Van.
7. Do you require a deposit?
Yes. A deposit is required for all bookings, which will be applied to your total fare. Deposits are non-refundable.
8. What if I need to make multiple stops during my ride?
Yes. For hourly bookings, unlimited stops are included within your reserves time. Additional stops on flat-rate trips may incur a small fee.
9. What if I need to cancel my booking?
Please contact us as soon as possible. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled pick-up may be subject to a cancellation fee.
10. How do I pay?
We accept all major credit/debit cards, PayPal, Venmo, Zelle, CashApp, and cash. Online bookings can be paid securely through our website.
